Troubleshooting Tips

We have experienced some errors with the online booking platform, which are being resolved. For now, if you are a registered patient and are unable to book as one, please book as an unregistered patient and our staff will link you to your existing files.

Occasionally, when you are logging back into the online booking platform, an error message may indicate that your login token is invalid. Please select the “start over” button in the bottom right corner.

We are currently undergoing a clinic name change from Elevate Medical to Lilium Medical Clinic. For the time being, the online booking portal shows the name Elevate Medical.
