Please use our online booking system by visiting the “Book Online” page. The system is easy to use and allows our staff more time to support you with your needs while you are in the clinic. Alternatively, you can phone our clinic, and we will assist you in booking an appointment.

How do I book an appointment?
Are you accepting new patients?
Currently, we are not accepting new patients. If there is availability in the future, this section of the website will be updated with instructions on how to register for the waitlist.
Our physicians are fully booked every day. If you are late for your appointment your physician will do their best to see you but may be unable to do so. You may be required to re-book your appointment for a different day. If you know you are going to be late please contact our clinic in advance.
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
If you miss your appointment, you will be required to re-book for a different day. Missed appointments are subject to a no-show fee of $50 for regular appointments and $100 for consultations. This fee must be paid before you can re-book. Due to the high demand for physicians, it is important you do not miss your appointment. If you miss your appointment, you are taking away a spot from another patient who could have received care. Please provide the clinic with at least 24 hours of notice if you require an appointment change.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
We encourage patients to focus on one issue per appointment. If you require help with multiple issues, your physician will help you identify the most pertinent issue(s). If your appointment does not allow enough time for a thorough discussion, they may request that you book an additional appointment to address your remaining concerns.
Can my physician help me with more than one issue at my appointment?
Is there free parking?
Yes. You are permitted to park in any available parking spot in the building’s parking lot.
